The film “Hands That Speak” and the film “I Am Here” were produced in 2020, to raise awareness of the rights of people with hearing-visual disabilities (deaf-blind) and people with multiple disabilities.
The “Hands That Speak” publication was issued as part of the hearing-visual disability awareness campaign. It is a printable brochure that was published on various social networking sites, and anyone can print it and distribute it to families and rehabilitation centers.
