“Hands That Speak” campaign, July 2020

The campaign’s objectives are to make community members aware of the existence of deaf-blind children (people with hearing-visual disabilities), to demonstrate their ability to learn and integrate into society, to educate specialists in the fields of education, psychology, childhood, and disability about the ability of deaf-blind children to learn if they are provided with an appropriate educational environment, and to support and support the children’s families. Deaf-blind people, increasing their awareness of methods of communication with their children, the ability of these children to learn, and emphasizing the right of deaf-blind children to be included and integrated into society.
